Rachael's story

Hi. My name is Rachael, and I'm seven years old. I spent the night at August's house. And I woke up in the middle of the night with an earache. And it hurt, and I cried. Tammy came in and asked me what was wrong.

I told her that my ear hurt. She said that she could help and that she needed to touch my neck where it hurt. I almost did not let her do it, because it hurt so bad. But I finally let her do it. And it worked! And Mommy was happy that I didn't have any more trouble after that.

I checked with Rachael today, and she says that she has not had one problem with ear aches of any kind since the above visit to my home last year. It should be noted for any professional that might be interested that she is my niece. She also had tubes put in her ears several years previously which did not do the needed job of permanently freeing her from pain and infection. Before I helped her, she had been to the doctor numerous times for her recurring ear infections and had received antibiotic in every case. Unfortunately my sister, Rachael's mother, did not believe me when I told her that I could help her in the years prior to my opportunity to do the job. She has since become a believer, and has willingly placed Rachael's life in my hands on more severe problems such as headaches. And no, Rachael does not NOW suffer from headaches :o)
