Office of Governor Brad Henry January 13, 2003 Dear Governor Henry My name is Tammy Joy Kennedy. I am the first-born granddaughter of renowned chiropractic practitioner, researcher, and author, Earl Franklin Craton, D.C., Ph.C. I have just seen the inauguration and have listened to your speech. I have heard your bold request for the boldness of other Oklahomans. And so, I am here to tell you that I was born an Oklahoman. I have lived most of my life as an Oklahoman; and I intend to die an Oklahoman if only Oklahoma will listen to me. I know that you hope for the best and wish to envision the system that is in place as honest and righteous. But, I am called to let you know that we are not even close to what we should have accomplished already in namely, my field of the healing arts. Yes I have contacted OU Health Sciences Center, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Boards of Chiropractic Examiners and Osteopathic Examiners and Medical Examiners, and state representatives and senators to name a few. I have essentially been put off, laughed at, ridiculed, and even suppressed. But, no longer. I have what you need in order to really make a change for the better and provide a viable, workable, ethical, scientific alternative solution to the health care crisis in not only Oklahoma but America as a whole. I have brought this cutting edge breakthrough discovery to the attention of many in power already, only to silently wait in agony and poverty hoping for the enlightenment of the masses. I am tired!! And I am angry!! And justifiably so. But, I have not given up total hope yet. I expect that you will rise to the occasion and do the right thing. I am demanding that you investigate what I have in order to replace the current system of health care and the way that health care practitioners, and peripheral providers do business. I am enclosing the same documentation that I have sent to many others in power in order to prove my point. If I were you I would not trust some doctor somewhere to explain to you what is there. If you have any questions I would be more than willing to visit the capitol in order to allow you a personal look at my visual aids and the chance to hear my story first hand. Godspeed Tammy Joy Kennedy PS. I am posting this letter to my web site (http://www.nsirtech.com). I am not taking "no" for an answer when so much is at stake. The people will know my effort, even without your help. Please, make this an experience of love and acceptance, not an experience of anger and vindication. I can rock your world. PPS. One final note: If you disrespect me you degrade the very essence of the family itself. Grandpa had it within himself to pass on his legacy to anyone who would honestly listen and be willing to learn what he knew. As his granddaughter I was allowed the opportunity that most people have not enjoyed. And, I possess a fire that will inevitably make sure that his efforts were not in vain, and not forgotten.
