Girl's death ruled accidental

The state medical examiner's office has ruled the death of a 16-year-old Fairmont girl as accidental.

August Joy Kennedy died in July at an Enid hospital about three weeks after she was in a car accident.

Her family sought an injunction to delay the autopsy citing religious beliefs, but a Garfield County judge denied it.
