PETITION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER
Plaintiff, being sworn, states
1. The defendant has stalked or harassed.
2. The incident causing the filing of this petition occurred on or
about from 10-8-00 to present date.

After appearing in court yesterday 3-28-2001. Judge Michael Dayton
denied a permanent protective order but warned the defendant not to make
another call or he would make it permanent. At 12:15 the defendant Tammy
Kennedy called the church office, claiming she had dialed the wrong
number, she wanted Gungoll & Jackson then told me that I needed to look
up the definition of slander in the dictionary. Then hung UP!! This was
direct defiance of the Judges order. She had to get at least one more
jab in. On Sunday morning March 4th she informed
Keith Reynolds a church
member, "I have a loaded gun" & someone is going to get
Hurt!
3. The victim and the defendant are related as follows: Not related

5. The victim is in immediate and present danger of abuse from the defendant and an emergency ex parte order is necessary to protect the victim from serious harm. The plaintiff requests the following relief in the emergency ex parte order.
- Order the defendant not to abuse or injure the victim.
- Order the defendant not to telephone, visit, assault, molest, stalk or otherwise interfere with the victim.
- Order the defendant not to threaten the victim.
- Order the defendant to cease stalking the victim.
- Order the defendant to cease harassment of the victim.
6. Plaintiff requests the following order to be made by the court following notice to the defendant and a hearing:
- Order the defendant not to abuse or injure the victim.
- Order the defendant not to telephone, visit, assault, molest, stalk or otherwise interfere with the victim.
- Order the defendant not to threaten the victim.
- Order the defendant to cease stalking the victim.
- Order the defendant to cease harassment of the victim.
- Order the defendant
to pay the court costs of this action in the sum of $119.00 on or
before May 2, 2001. (Three days
